Floropathy believes very strongly about the quality of our products and conforms to the Australian Government policy for organic as published in the Australian Standards AS6000:2015 for Organic and Biodynamic products.
The reason we chose to follow a country wide industry organic standard and not a private body certification was to focus on delivering the highest levels of skin nutrition by avoiding dried plant and herb products due to their vastly reduced nutrition levels.
We encourage you to read research about nutrition levels of superior organically grown product manufacturing that uses “Live Plant” content vs the industry supply chain certified organic commercial dried plant products. (would you eat a salad that was hot air dried for hours or days?) We use ancient ways of harvesting nature as taught in Chinese medicine and other cultures for thousands of years, to pick the most healthy plants, flowers and herbs growing in a pristine wild environment like in Tasmania, we organically grow our plants in simulated wild gardens or harvest in undisturbed nature at a time the plants are at their peak point of nutrition.
Our desire to provide the very best of nature in a jar comes from using live plant content, we avoid even using organic certified products that have been dried and over processed as much as we can because we can produce a far superior product with higher levels of nature’s goodness by using wild grown live plants content in every jar.
Our decision to not do private body organic certification was made because we wanted to make the very best product possible, even though we avoid all synthetics, petrochemicals, parabens or artificial and we run our farm and processes to organically grow the plants, flowers and herbs, but we choose to wild harvest and use live plant content for using real nature in our jars over a certification that would force us to make an inferior products.
